Dark Souls. You will die, several hundred times. Don't get mad

Dark Souls, or the Souls game series. Has currently 4 installments, with a side game that doesn't directly connect to them but is pretty much a Souls game. All of the games are hard, especially if you are new to the games. The game is a Role-Playing game, or a RPG. In the game you have classes to select from, those have no impact on the game. Your skill points you change throughout the game as you level up. There are many different 'skills' you can allocate your levels in. When you kill enemies, they drop souls. It takes a large amount of souls to level up, especially when you are going to the higher levels. There are 8 selections you can put your levels into. The 8 selections are: Vitality, this increases your max health, Attunement, which increases your 'attunement' slots, or you spell slots, Endurance, which increases your max stamina, also sometimes your defenses, strength, dexterity and faith, these both increase damage on certain weapons, some weapons have strength, dexterity and/or faith modifiers. The last two are intelligence and resistance, these both have little impact on the game. Now lets get into the tips!

TIP NUMBAH 1: You will die, so many times. Don't buy this game expecting to beat this game in a few hours. This game takes time. Lots of practice. You need to look up guides sometimes. This isn't one of those games you can take a break from either. You will get rusty, and therefore, suck at the game.

TIP NUMBAH 2: Parry. Parry all the time. You can't parry all enemies. Most small enemies you can. When you parry immediately push light attack. This creates a riposte that does critical damage. It is very useful and can save your life, but sometimes it can end it.

TIP NUMBAH 3: Use rolls. Definitely make sure you have a fast roll also. You will fail rolling if you have a 'medium' or 'fat' roll. Eventually if your equip load is to high you won't be able to roll at all.

TIP NUMBAH 4: Make multiple characters. This is useful because when you beat the game several times you start to be a master at it, all the locations of chests and rings. The game never gets boring especially since the game encourages multiple replays.

TIP NUMBAH 5: Last but not least, use builds. By builds I mean that have a certain weapon you want to use the whole game. Such as the Black Knight Sword. This weapon is a strength weapon. So you want to put your level points into strength. You want to put them in Endurance and Vitality also, but strength is your main weapon level point location.

These are the top tips I could come up with! Good luck! Don't break your console/pc because you are bad at this game! IT TAKES TIME AND PATIENCE!

These are the games in the Souls series. Like I said, Bloodborne isn't really a game in the souls series, but then again it is.

7 Days to Die

Most of you probably haven't heard of this game. It's called 7 Days to Die, it's called 7 days to die for a reason. On the night of day 7 the horde comes to kill you. If you survive the horde, then on day 14 another horde comes and so on. 7 days is a multiplayer game so you can play with your friends. Get a couple of your friends and you will have a lot more fun. But lets get right into it!

TIP NUMBAH 1: Kills zombies at range. You can melee zombies but if you can make a bow, it will definitely increase your chance of survival. Later in the game you can find and even make guns. A gun will definitely help you.

TIP NUMBAH 2:  Make sure you are in a house during the night. Do not go outside during the night. Zombie run at night and you can not out run them. If you do have to go out at night, make sure you have a gun!

TIP NUMBAH 3: Make sure you have enough food and water. Food and water are the most important thing in the game. Search buildings and kill animals too find food. To find water search houses and find a water source. DO NOT DRINK WATER STRAIGHT FROM A WATER SOURCE!!! Make sure you boil the water first.

TIP NUMBAH 4: Play with your friends! I can't stress this enough!! If you play with your friends you will survive the zombies longer but there is a bad thing about it. Your food and water levels are very important and the more people you have the more food and water you need.

TIP NUMBAH 5: USE YOUR SKILL POINTS!!!! Every time you level up you earn skill points. With these skill points you can level up certain things. For example you can make it so you don't have to eat as much and you don't have to drink as much. So use them as soon as possible!!!!

Battlefield 1 - The 8 Entry in the franchise, not the first

We have all heard of this game at least once. You may have no idea on what it is or how it is played or even if it's a video game. It is of course a video game. A very popular one at that. Set in the brutal battle of World War 1, you have to fight for the side you get put on randomly depending on the map you are playing on in Multiplayer. The single-player campaign is called War Stories, where you play as a soldier in the war, and find their story. This game is definitely a multiplayer driven game, but I have played all of the War Stories and all though they are pretty short, they are great. This game is definitely one of the easier releases, and one of the better ones. (cough Hardline cough) Now I wasn't here to lecture about the past Battlefield games was I? Now let's get into it.

TIP NUMBAH 1: Know your map. Just know it. The layout. The secret areas. The best and newbiest spots to camp. It helps you just murder more people. You need to murder to win.

TIP NUMBAH 2: Know your weapons, and stick with one class for a while. Know the damage drop off, drop distance and damage. Snipers doesn't really apply because it is really easy to snipe in BF1.

TIP NUMBAH 3: Your gonna die, don't complain, or rage. Rage makes you do worse. STUDIES SHOW. Especially for you PC players out there. (just me and maybe those others) Damaging PC equipment is expensive and pointless.

TIP NUMBAH 4: Spend your warbonds (currency). You get them from leveling up, that's it. In the most recent update they added ribbons back. Which were in-game medals that you can earn for XP, maybe they will give you warbonds, but I don't know.

TIP NUMBAH 5: If you have friends to play with, do it. It makes the game somewhat more enjoyable. Depends on who you are, lonely or not.

TIP NUMBAH 6:  JUST HAVE FUN. This game will never go into a ESports type game, so don't even think that you will go pro. It's battlefield, your not that good.

I hope these tips helped you or will help you! If you knew these things, well congrats.

Counter Strike: Global Offensive, it's not 2+2 my friends

Most of us have heard of the legend Counter Strike, from the roots of the game of Counter Strike. Then comes the next Condition Zero, then the god of a FPS Source. Last but not least is the son of God, Counter Strike: Global Offensive. People usually just hop into the game because they have watched videos or streams about the game and think that they will just be the best. THINK ABOUT THAT PEOPLE. Are you gonna walk into the real world after watching a few videos and expect to make MILLIONS? NO, it doesn't work like that. You need PRACTICE, and AimHacks. Well, not really AimHacks, unless you got the few hundred dollars to have a aim-bot and a chance of getting banned. This post will tell you the basics, and the advanced things you can do to make you the best player you can be. Until you reach MG1, then forget this post.

1. This isn't Call of Duty or Battlefield. You don't just get guns and run around and expect to kill someone. You get cash amounts per game, per kill and other ways. You need to practice your aim almost everyday in Death match. Always warm-up before playing a competitive game, it always helps.
2. Check your corners, always. Check. Your. Corners. You can never check enough. People always camp in corners when they are one of the last person alive. I just can't yell at enough people for checking their corners! Ugh. Just be a normal person, and do this.
3. Optimize your frames. This game doesn't take a lot of power to run at 60 fps. If you have to, lower your resolution. It does help. Just try to have at least 50 fps all the time. It definitely improves your skill.
4. Don't play casual. It doesn't do anything to improve your skill. You get a bunch of squeaky 9 year-olds that don't know when to shut up, and it's just a waste of your time. Just do the world a favor. Don't play casual.
5. Learn your call outs on all maps. Well not all maps, but the ones you always play. Just look them up online, it really helps you and your teammates.
6. Don't complain about stupid stuff. If you get killed by a really lucky shot or just a good one. Don't spam chat about it, just say in chat "ns". It means "nice shot". It really improves your moral and how people see you.
7. Last but not least, do your homework. People say this a lot, and it means just that. Do your CS homework. Look up call outs, how to peak corners, how to just do about anything. Watch videos, even though I said that you won't be a god from watching videos. Do it anyways. It does help, but not like a huge amount.

This is the map layout and the call outs for the popular map Cache. When you see someone, or get killed by someone in one of these areas, you call out where they are, the gun they are using, how much damage you have done to them and where they might go. This really helps when you are playing any tactical game.

I hope these few tips help you not suck at Counter Strike! I mean like, some of us just naturally suck at it, and some of us are naturally amazing. Even if you are in one of these categories, tips and advice always helps.
